Our advisors take time for your concerns and explain to you in a clear way what options you have and how you can assert your rights.

The advice for the unemployed and social counseling is free of charge.
We are a charitable and non-profit association.
Our counseling centers in the North, South, and East receive public funding (ESF).
The European Social Fund (ESF) is Europe's most important instrument for promoting employment. It promotes equal opportunities in the labor market, supports people in accessing better jobs, and in vocational training and qualification.
Through the funding of the European Social Fund, over 12,000 consultations were carried out in our counseling centers from 2019 to 2026.
